Pulte Homes new project development in Noblesville, Ind.
There are new plans for 460 acres in Noblesville, near Finch Creek.
Pulte Homes has plans to build more than 1,500 residential units on the 460 acres, between 156th Street and 166th Street. The plans detail four different styles of homes. The development will be called Parkside at Finch Creek.
Del Webb will be an age-restricted, active-adult community, which will contain 650 homes that range in size from 1,100 to 2,500 square feet. These homes will be available to buyers 55 years of age or older.
The Landings and The Crossing will be 350 single-family homes that will be built on the north end of the development. These homes will range from 1,600 to 3,300 square feet. Within The Landings and The Crossing, 125 lots will be reserved for specialty housing, offering buyers a different style build for a single-family home.
If the project land is approved for redistricting from agricultural land to R-5 residential, Pulte will start development in early 2019.
