Here’s what you can expect from Fishers new development

Fishers, Ind. has announced new plans for a multi-use development with Browning Development along the north side of 116th street in the Nickel Plate District.
The plans include a five-story apartment building, hotel, townhomes, office, and retail spaces, along with a parking garage.
The $157 million development will begin in the spring of 2019 and is expected to be completed by 2021.
The business that are currently located in the Nickel Plate Development will get updates to their exterior and landscape, according to Indiana Business Journal
