After earning his degree from Indiana University Kelly School of Business 1987, Jeff Jinks went on to found and administer the Southside Real Estate Academy LLC., providing licensing and continuing education to real estate brokers. After that school was sold, Jinks established Jeff Jinks Law. Knowing that effective property acquisition and management requires specialized knowledge of and attention to the details of contract law, equity partnerships, lenders, tenant issues, property management, tax matters, and zoning, Jeff has dedicated his law practice to “defending clients’ territory”, helping them successfully navigate the complexities of real estate ownership.

After earning a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology at Butler University, Courtney studied at Southern University School of Law, participating in the Women’s Law Form, serving as a Law Student Ambassador, and working in the Civil Practice Clinic. A lifelong Indiana resident, Courtney is dedicated to her community, serving on the Board of Directors for the Witham Health Services Foundation.

LL.M. from IU Robert H. McKinney School of Law (2023) and an LL.B. Hons. from Coventry University UK (2013). Her legal career reflects a unique global perspective, shaped by her work across three major legal jurisdictions: the United States, Pakistan, and the United Kingdom.

Currently serving as a Law Clerk at Jeffrey J. Jinks advancing her knowledge in Estate Law and Real Estate. Prior to this, she enhanced her skills practicing law in the United Kingdom and later in Pakistan, where she successfully passed the bar exam and was appointed as Special Public Prosecutor for the Securities Exchange

Commission of Pakistan (SECP). In this role, she gained valuable experience in corporate regulation and enforcement, further solidifying her proficiency in the legal field. Ms. Naveed is currently preparing for the February 2026 Bar Exam and is eager to advance her legal career in the United States, where she plans to practice as an Attorney in her full capacity.
