Both Out of State and Local investors in Hammond Indiana MUST obtain a license from the City or hire a Hammond – Licensed general contractor. It made no difference that you were working on your own properties, and the Commerce Clauses provided no protections. Repairs are always an issue and Hammond has imposed a licensing requirement for all rental units.
