Kyla Thomas
PROFILE
Kyla is a graduate of the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. At McKinney, she served as the Black Law Student Association (BLSA) Treasurer 2019-2021. She is an Indiana Conference for Legal Education Opportunity (ICLEO) Fellow.
Kyla is an alumna of Indiana State University where she was a member of the varsity volleyball team and earned a Bachelor of Arts and Science in Legal Studies.
Kyla was born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana. Earlier in her career, she worked for many years as an advocate for children in the local child welfare system. She continues to serve vulnerable children as a member of the Kids’ Voice of Indiana Young Professionals Board.
